Q: Are there any premises area limitations for your services?

A: We have no restrictions for the total area contracted for cleaning.
Since we service both small commercial and private residences, we have both the experience and staff to work on larger areas, as well as small homes.

Q: Are you fully insured and bonded?

A: Yes, our company is fully insured; however, Canada does not have employee bonding system as does the USA. Regardless, we cannot overstate the importance of protecting our clients and staff. Contact us via email to request the verifying certificates of insurance before you hire us.

Q: Do I have to be home when the cleaner comes?

A: We do not require your presence at the time of service, although we welcome it.
A majority of our regular customers trust our company so far to give us keys to their doors and their security alarm codes.

Q: Do you offer an ecologically friendly cleaning?

A: : If they wish, our clients have the option to schedule the same housekeeper for each scheduled cleaning service. Regardless of who provides the service, we have one set of quality standards to which each of our cleaning staff must adhere. That means that you can trust the cleaning of your property to each and every one of our professionals!

Q: What if something is my home gets damaged by your worker?

A: In the unfortunate event that a breakage occurs, we will promptly make every effort to have the item repaired or replaced.

Q: What training does your staff go through?

A: Each of our cleaning company’s staff members undergoes both classroom training and on-the-job training.
We make sure that our cleaning professionals are qualified and able to complete their work to the highest standard. They have a full knowledge of our products and cleaning procedures. We use a buddy system and employ a quality assurance individual within our team!
